How Green is Your Business?
We are waking up to our generation's obligation to fight climate change for the sake of those following behind us. And while the motivation isn't about profit there is an aspect to this great challenge that our businesses can't ignore. Are there green alternatives to the paper stock we use? Do we question suppliers about environmental issues relating to what we buy from them? Do we encourage employee car pooling and mass transit? Do we think about how necessary all business travel is? Do we recycle in the office - diligently? It won't be long before videographers using incandescent lighting in studio will be questioned about the energy consumed versus existing alternatives. There are resources to assist in greening your business, whatever the size. One example I have found in searching "green your small business" is
GreenBiz.com
